**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Member to join our team at Simployer AS. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts in Sweden.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Carry out end-to-end sales cycle activities: Independently carry out sales cycles, demo solutions to prospects and customers, and drive discussions to contract signature.
  2. Increase sales pipeline: Proactively generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline through outreach to potential clients via various channels like cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  3. Lead qualification: Qualify leads to identify sales opportunities.
  4. Product knowledge: Develop a profound understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for the Swedish market.
  6. CRM management: Regularly update customer relationship management systems with detailed notes and follow-up actions.
  7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects and market trends.
  8. Training and Development: Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.

**Location**

Stockholm, Sweden. This is a hybrid remote role with 3 days/week at the office.
