Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Health
  • Coach and Motivate Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet assigned sales, delivery, and productivity goals through customer education and product knowledge.
  • Train and Develop Team: Train and develop the team on sales and delivery processes, ensuring they are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
  • Analyze Data and Develop Strategies: Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies and partner with Marketing to identify local marketing and event opportunities to drive sales.
  • Set Goals and Align Team: Set individual goals for the team, ensuring they are aligned with store goals.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the sales team provides best-in-class experience, guides employees through challenging customer concerns, and manages escalations quickly and effectively.
Employee Engagement
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and develop the management team and employees, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Implement and Follow-up on Training: Support, implement, and provide follow-up for all training.
  • Evaluate Performance and Provide Feedback: Continually evaluate the performance of each employee and provide constant feedback to drive results, and identify high-potential talent and effectively succession plan for business needs.
  • Ensure Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Ensure all employees adhere to Tesla policies and procedures.
  • Resolve People and Safety Issues: Resolve all people and safety issues in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with Human Resources and appropriate teams.
Brand Standards
  • Maintain Facility and Showroom Presentation: Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standard.
  • Control Store Expenses: Control store expenses, continually striving to reduce costs.
  • Ensure Employee Alignment with Brand Standards: Ensure all employees align with Tesla's Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A strong people leader with a proven background managing teams within Retail Sales and operations.
  • Performance Management: Knowledgeable performance management, with in-depth knowledge of sales processes and the ability to leverage this to coach the team.
  • Entrepreneurial and Analytical Mindset: Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a great understanding of the local market.
  • Operational and Strategic Leadership: Operational and strategic in leadership, while always remaining hands-on.
  • Change Management: Experienced within change management, with the proven ability to lead and engage people through and beyond change.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both in English and Swedish.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid Driver's License.
