As a Key Account Manager, you'll work closely with customers and commercial teams to maximize opportunities and achieve results. This field-based role requires strong business skills and an ability to handle management tasks beyond regular sales work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute call plans and account strategies to meet agreed-upon revenue targets.
  • Deliver winning proposals in response to tender requests.
  • Use initiative to address internal and external issues.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in a scientific or business discipline.
  • Strong commercial background at a sales representative level within a marketing environment.
  • Experience in cardiology, either clinically or commercially.
  • Excellent English language skills and good knowledge of Swedish.
  • Strong influential skills, enabling effective stakeholder management and customer buy-in.
  • Strong selling skills combined with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and facilitation skills, including leadership and collaboration.
  • Actively listens and responds constructively to others' needs and views.
  • Delivers results, meeting or exceeding expectations while prioritizing urgency on critical issues.
  • Persistent in overcoming obstacles and opposition.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-driven to initiate and implement projects independently.
  • Flexibility to travel 3-4 days per week to customers.
  • Valid driver's license required.
