About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at Efecte Corp. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our named accounts to drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success: Help our customers achieve their business goals by providing strategic guidance and best practices.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Account Growth: Manage, renew, and grow your named accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communication: Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our solutions to C-Level representatives of our customers to generate significant success and business value from an investment in Efecte products.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Identify and drive expansion opportunities to grow accounts, including upselling new packages or cross-selling to other business units of the client.
  • Customer Health Metrics: Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, growth, and renewals in the software or SaaS industry (minimum 3 years).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Customer Success Mindset: Passionate about customer success and teaming with the extended team.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating commercial contracts, maintaining good pricing and commercial success in working with executives, VP, and 'C' level.
  • Academic Background: Proven academic track record (BBA or above).
  • Language Skills: Fluent/native in Swedish and English.
  • Work Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city centre.
