We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to oversee commercial and operational responsibilities for a client portfolio within our Provider Nordics business area. Most clients operate within the insurance and broker industry and hold our most complex solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in finance or insurance who thrives in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
About the roleYou will be the main contact person on a day-to-day basis, acting as the spider in the web with a strong focus on problem-solving and ensuring tasks are directed to the right place. You will ensure that our customers receive quick and valuable feedback. Since the Provider business area is relatively new, you will play a key role in developing new working methods for these clients. You will also have commercial responsibilities, including expanding and renewing contracts, leading contract negotiations, and conducting business reviews.
Key responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- Monitor client account performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Lead client meetings and communications, providing updates and addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a role where an entrepreneurial mindset and a solution-oriented approach are key.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Experience in the finance industry or a client-focused role within an insurance company or broker.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, CCXP, or Salesforce.
