Junior Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing learning programs, building client loyalty and satisfaction, and working with clients to define clear KPIs and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Implement learning programs and build strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Work with clients to define clear KPIs and deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure successful program implementation.
- Provide project management skills to sales teams during tenders, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and programs.
- Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions, and provide exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction.
- Responsible for the administration of launching clients' employees onto our learning platform.
- University graduate with a strong academic record.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with clients.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
- Client service mindset, with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and prioritize data to drive business decisions.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with other languages being a bonus.
- Passion for learning, both for yourself and for the organization.
