About the Role

Pocketlaw is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Success Specialist to join our growing commercial team. This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in B2B customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Advisor for customers to drive adoption and quantify the commercial value of Pocketlaw.
  • Project manage customer onboarding, understanding the complexities of legal software adoption.
  • Educate and train customers on Pocketlaw's product, business roadmap and services to help their ability to succeed.
  • Partner with internal Pocketlaw partners to align account activities with the customer's business case and strategy.
  • Be a strategic thinker that anticipates decisions, explores and uncovers business needs and understands how Pocketlaw's range of product offerings can grow the customers business.
  • Have exceptional levels of organization in your workflows - be responsible for the whole customer portfolio and to prioritize your time efficiently.
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provide recommendations based on risk and customer's business needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrable success in driving strong NPS & reducing churn.
  • Hands on experience with B2B SaaS Solutions.
  • Previous experience in the Legal field would be optimal but not required.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements required.
  • Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.

What We Offer
  • 45,000-50,000 SEK base salary per month.
  • Stockholm office.
