The Supplier Contract Record Specialist will contribute to our mission by maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier contract records. This role involves collaborating with procurement and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and facilitating contract-related processes to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Indirect Procurement as part of the group purchasing team. You will analyze contract data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a centralized database for contract documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and key milestones.
  • Implement and manage systems for efficient contract tracking while continuously improving workflows and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure contracts adhere to internal processes and standards.
  • Provide training to stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
  • Analyze contract data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in contract management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., IFS Cloud, SAP Ariba), advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of supplier contracts, legal standards, and CLM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
