We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our commercial team. As an Account Executive at Optio, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering customized sales strategies to meet the needs of our customers. Your consultative approach and deep understanding of complex sales cycles will enable you to effectively qualify and advance opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth and market expansion.

About the Role

  • Win new business and drive revenue growth by leveraging your consultative sales expertise and ability to understand multifaceted technical requirements.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas, while continuously refining our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning.
  • Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases, collaborating cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge.
  • Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs, providing insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience.
  • Continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices, identifying process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency.
