**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at WorkShop. As an Account Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects while maximizing profitability and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management: Own and manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely budget reporting to management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services, building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.
  • Client Delivery Oversight: Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.
  • Business Coordination: Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget, collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver seamless execution tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, previous management experience is highly valued.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing).
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently, business development mindset, creative mindset to find win-win solutions, fluent in English, both spoken and written.
