We're seeking a colleague to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the Nordics and Baltics. Our goal is to ensure that our users get the most out of their Swift products and services.
We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Some of the profiles we're particularly interested in include:
- Pre-sales professionals with a strong technical foundation (APIs, integration layers)
- Experts in payment systems, potentially from central banks, clearing houses, or banks
- Individuals with experience working with Swift in a banking or technical partner context
- Early-career professionals with experience in managing relationships with large institutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key accounts in the financial and corporate sector
- Identify opportunities for customers to adopt new solutions and upsell existing ones
- Support and guide customers on optimizing their use of Swift products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales strategy aligns with market trends
- Stay informed about industry developments and apply knowledge when engaging with clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office software
- Knowledge of Swift products and services beneficial but not mandatory
