Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and customer success across key accounts in the EMEA region and globally. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, including strategic account management and leadership roles. They will also have a proven track record of driving growth and retention across enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer success across key accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience and addressing high-level needs.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years Experience in Selling to Enterprises: Possess 10+ years of experience in selling to enterprises, handling complex sales and buying processes with the largest companies in the world.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Strategic Account Management: Have 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven Success in Driving Growth and Retention: Demonstrate proven success in driving growth and retention across enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong Knowledge of Value-Based Selling Frameworks: Possess strong knowledge of value-based selling frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong Background in Leading High-Performing Teams: Have a strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent Relationship-Building Skills: Possess excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical Mindset with Ability to Leverage Data: Have an analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Management Skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (German is a Plus): Be fluent in English (German is a plus).
