About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Altris. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with our management team to set and achieve strategic objectives, driving business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Oversee and execute projects that enhance business value, including market entry strategies, pricing models, operational frameworks, and partnerships.
  • Align and Influence Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders across the company to ensure buy-in and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and Expand the Strategy Function: Play a critical role in building and growing our strategy function, with the potential to lead a team as we scale.
  • Drive Project Execution: Roll up your sleeves and dive deep into project execution, delivering both analysis and implementation.
Requirements
  • 2-5 Years of Experience: Proven track record of strategic impact and leadership at a leading management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think at a high-level strategic view while translating that into detailed, actionable plans and projects.
  • Influencing and Alignment: Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, from executives to operational leaders, without formal authority.
  • Analysis and Execution: Exceptional ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis, while balancing pragmatic execution.
  • Dynamic Environment: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep interest in the energy storage industry, with a genuine passion for environmentally friendly technologies, particularly in batteries.
