About the Role

Biotage Sweden AB is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in driving our customer-oriented marketing approach and developing strategic marketing plans for our Analytical Sample Preparation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Product Managers to drive the global marketing strategy for our product portfolio.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Stay up-to-date on current and future market trends, and on competition, to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Customer Voice Representation: Represent the voice of customers in our projects and ensure that their needs are met through our marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation and Program Development: Develop engaging content and marketing programs for our business line, including traditional and digital marketing materials.
  • Insights and Campaigns: Provide insights and content for global, company-wide marketing campaigns and ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right content and trained on how to promote our solutions effectively.
Requirements
  • Marketing or Business-Related Degree: A degree in Marketing or a related field, or a scientific degree (preferably Chemistry or Biology) supplemented with 3-5 years of marketing experience from the Life Science, Forensic, MedTech, or similar industries.
  • Strong Communication and Team Skills: Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy, and the ability to interface directly with external and internal stakeholders globally.
  • Fluent in English: Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is required.
