Job Summary

As a key member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our allergy portfolio. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, Allergy to join our Global Downstream Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global multi-channel marketing programs to drive demand for our allergy portfolio, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PLCM, Medical & Scientific, and Regional Marketing, to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with laboratories, healthcare professionals, and patients.
  • Design and optimize marketing content, including flyers, brochures, website content, pitch decks, blogs, and videos, to effectively communicate value propositions and messaging to target audiences.
  • Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, identifying key performance indicators and areas for improvement to achieve campaign targets.
  • Ensure consistency with brand and company standards, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism in all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in biology, immunology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in diagnostics, preferably with specific knowledge of allergy testing and/or the ImmunoCAP product portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability in a marketing role, with proven core competences in marketing program development and execution, channels, segmentation, value propositions, and messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of allergic disease areas and diagnostic technologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive adoption, generate demand, and create loyal customers.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals, with a plus for marketing directly to patients.
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills, with a results-oriented approach and ability to navigate ambiguity and handle changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to think strategically and operate independently.

Location

This role can be a remote position, with regular travel to Uppsala, Sweden, and other international locations.
