About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at Randstad AB. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our daily operations and ensuring that our security protocols are effective and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Security Expertise: You will be responsible for maintaining robust information classification systems and implementing security strategies and policies set by our Leadership Team and IT-Security Manager.
  • Security Monitoring: You will monitor and ensure that our security measures meet the expectations of our clients and our operational needs.
  • Market Trend Analysis: You will keep a close eye on market trends, threat landscapes, and contractual obligations to adapt our security practices accordingly.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our IT team to maximize operational efficiency and guide the development of standard operating procedures, manuals, and instructions.
  • Problem-Solving: You will have the capacity to work autonomously and drive tasks to completion, as well as excellent teamwork skills.

Requirements:

  • Deep Knowledge: You will have a deep knowledge and understanding of information security, operation level IT, and risk management.
  • Education: You will have a relevant University Degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Assisting in Documentation: You will assist in writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Process documentation, and Manuals.
  • Information Classification: You will perform and maintain information classifications.
  • Access Rights Models: You will design access rights models, maintain information flow processes, and information storage models.
  • Due-Diligence: You will be a part of our due-diligence team, reviewing contractual clauses, their impact, and our compliance.
  • Threat Models: You will assess, improve, and suggest the actions necessary for ensuring long-term cost-effective information security.
