Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our daily operations and ensuring that our security protocols are effective and aligned with industry standards.

• Maintain robust information classification systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
• Implement security strategies and policies set by our Leadership Team and IT-Security Manager to mitigate potential risks and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and gaps in our systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure and compliant with relevant regulations.

• Proven experience in information security with a strong background in security protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing security landscapes.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and standards, such as NIST, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
