Position Overview:We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager for Product Strategy to join our marketing division, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this crucial role, you will lead product marketing efforts, working in close collaboration with sales, product development, and various cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Formulate detailed product marketing strategies to effectively position our customer experience automation software tailored for various sectors.
2. Develop persuasive messaging and value propositions aimed at specific audiences, ensuring consistency with overarching brand and organizational goals.
3. Oversee go-to-market strategies and execution for product launches and feature introductions, boosting demand generation and supporting sales initiatives.
4. Perform market research and competitive assessments to uncover key trends, opportunities, and challenges, guiding product roadmap and marketing campaign decisions.
5. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create sales enablement resources, including promotional materials, presentations, and competitive analysis tools.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and strategic partners, to foster thought leadership and advocacy.
7. Track and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing initiatives and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
What We Are Looking For:- A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A proven history in product marketing within the B2B SaaS sector (experience in related industries is a plus).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a talent for crafting engaging narratives.
- Proficiency in English, as it is our primary working language.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- A tech-savvy approach with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
