We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Preparation Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Production Preparation Management team, you will be responsible for leading and participating in projects within product development, product updates, and process development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in projects within product development, product updates, and process development.
  • Manage the transfer of new and updated products to regular production with production reviews.
  • Develop and improve the production preparation process.
  • Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of the production preparation process.

Requirements:

  • Science or technical university degree.
  • Experience of Design & Development, Design Control, and Design Transfer in in-vitro diagnostics or other regulatory-controlled activities in medical technology/pharmaceuticals/life science.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Good knowledge of our products and experience with our production flows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams.
