Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our industrial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize costs and processes. You will also work closely with plant management to ensure accurate financial information and provide timely financial studies to support business decisions.
Responsibilities- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to plant management and other stakeholders
- Conduct financial studies and analysis to support business decisions
- Monitor and reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial finance, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, and BI systems
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
