The ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) is a global leader in in-vitro IgE testing for allergy and autoimmunity diagnostics. Our team is passionate about developing innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
The Job
We're seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Allergy in-vitro diagnostics business within IDD. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and implementing a vision for products that exceed customer expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and lead their evaluation, including technical, customer need, and business potential assessments.
- Evaluate customer needs through voice of customer collection and develop product requirement documents.
- Collaborate with new product development teams to bring products from concept to commercialization.
- Analyze product profitability and develop business proposals and financial models.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and define competitive strategies, value propositions, and positioning.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for IVD products and deliver value propositions to sales organizations and key customers.
- Drive product rationalization and implement product improvements.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of the in-vitro diagnostics market, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to think strategically. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Location
This role will be based at our IDD headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden, with the option to work from home one day per week. Some international travel (up to 25% per annum) will be required.
