About the Role

DB Schenker Nordics is seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our Global Operations and Infrastructure Services department (GOIS). As a Service Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and developing DB Schenker's internal infrastructure services in Cluster Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and propose solutions to improve infrastructure services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Handle incoming cases in our ServiceNow case management system and perform troubleshooting and error correction.
Requirements:
  • IT degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service management or a related IT role.
  • 5+ years of experience as IT Technician, ITA, or IT supporter.
  • Experience with print solutions such as MFP and label print.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
