- Financial Management: Manage the budget and financial aspects of Telephony services, ensuring they are aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure that all Telephony services are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Telephony services and their delivery.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Telephony services, including IP telephony, contact center solutions, and hunt groups. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards, such as ITIL and SIAM.
