Polestar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Customer Experience Specialist to join our Sales team in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer sales experiences to both B2C and B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Sales Operations: Act in direct sales operations with the main responsibility to directly contact Polestar leads and prospects to support digital sales, as well as assist with the delivery of the Polestar experience to both Retail and Fleet customers through in- & outbound channels.
- Lead Conversion and Customer Retention: Proactively drive actions to improve our lead conversion and customer retention.
- Sales Funnel Performance: Support and work at the local sales funnel performance; achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversion targets.
- Salesforce Development: Foster Salesforce development together with central teams to maximize the outcome.
- Continuous Sales Support: Ensure continuous Sales support, administration, and reporting.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in Sales, Lead management, and/or Customer Service/customer-facing roles.
- CRM Experience: Experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is considered a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written skills, since this is the languages used in daily work.
- Automotive Interest: Interest in automotive is a must and experience from automotive sales is considered meritorious.
- Driving License: Driving license (B) is required.
