As Nordic Regional Manager, you will spearhead the growth and management of our Nordic operations, currently generating ~80 million SEK in annual revenue. Your responsibilities will include managing and building a team of 10-15 in sales, service, and administration, driving towards long-term profitability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Grow: Develop and execute a hands-on sales strategy that aligns with both corporate objectives and the specific needs of Durst Nordic.
  • Sales Strategy: Proactively approach new clients, open up new markets, and optimize existing sales channels.
  • Team Leadership: Build a high-performing team, driving towards long-term profitability.
  • Market Expansion: Foster relationships with customers and partners across the region.
  • Financial Management: Take full P&L responsibility and provide regular reports to headquarters in Tyrol.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading a team of at least five people.
  • Industry Knowledge: Essential experience in print, digital printing, or related sectors.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Global Experience: Experience in managing national operations within an international company.
  • Core Competencies: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasion skills, coupled with independence and a solid sense of responsibility.
