In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Swedish CRM Team across all brands, as well as key/high profile CRM projects alongside the Head of Customer Engagement.

You will drive continued optimisation and success across the Swedish CRM team with strong project management, data analytics & organisational skills.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Execution of CRM strategies across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Utilising data sources to gain insights into player behaviour, market performance, and campaign performance, translating into meaningful actions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, telesales, VIP, and CX to align CRM initiatives with broader organisational initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in CRM practices, processes, and technologies.

About the Requirements:

  1. Excellent knowledge of English.
  2. Fluent in Swedish.
  3. Marketing mindset and analytical traits.
  4. Experience managing a team.
  5. CRM experience is a must.
  6. Methodical and structured.
  7. Social and loves working in a multi-cultural environment.
