We are seeking a skilled Digital Client Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional communication campaigns for our clients. Your primary focus will be to lead and drive all campaign-related duties, from recommendations and planning to executing and evaluating the campaign.

  • Lead and motivate a team of channel specialists across all online and offline channels to create the finest solutions for clients.
  • Implement and manage digital activations from start to finish, including planning and buying, developing data-driven recommendations for media buying across all channels, and continuously analyzing and evaluating campaign results.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and provide exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.

  • 5+ years of work experience in the media and communications industry.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, measurement, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience in social media and/or programmatic buying is meritorious.
  • Academic or relevant post-secondary education.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner with an optimistic, solution-oriented, and upbeat attitude.
