Building lasting relationships and driving growth as an Account Executive in HR-tech requires a unique blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for new clients within Finland. You will act as the key contact for potential clients, from initial outreach to closing deals. Your role will allow you to engage with decision-makers across various industries, building lasting relationships while showcasing the value of the HR system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in the Finnish market by analyzing customer needs and industry trends.
  2. Client Outreach: Connect with HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers across various industries to establish trust and build strong relationships.
  3. Sales Demos: Showcase the value of our client's HR system through engaging product demonstrations, highlighting its benefits and ROI.
  4. Manage Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closing deals, you will take ownership of the sales journey, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  5. Personal Development: Set and achieve personal sales targets with continuous guidance and support from our team.
  6. Market Expansion: Help drive growth in Finland for our client's HR-tech solutions by identifying new markets and developing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  1. Native Swedish, Finnish, and excellent English (both written and spoken) are essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  2. Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  3. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  4. Strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role.
  5. Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform, you will thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic environment.
