As an Enterprise Account Executive at Benify, you will be part of a dynamic team that continues to grow and shape the employee benefits technology landscape. We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the Public Sector to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage relationships with Public Sector customers, drive sales processes, and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, leading tenders, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand business within the public sector
  • Prioritizing and targeting potential customers for effective meetings and software demonstrations
  • Conducting pre-sales activities, showcasing software demos, and creating compelling business cases
  • IDentifying customer needs and crafting strategic solutions aligning with their business objectives
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to closure
We Are Looking For:
  • A sales professional with several years of experience in the Public Sector
  • A strong network within public institutions and the ability to leverage existing relationships
  • A proven track record of managing public procurement processes and winning tenders
  • Experience in technology or IT sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Native-level Swedish proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
