We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team at MultiMind Bemanning AB. As a Key Account Manager B2B, you will be responsible for maximizing short- and long-term sales and profit of the B2B key account and serving as Samsung's representative towards the partner and end-customers in the whole sales process.
About the Role:The purpose of this job is to build long-term relationships with key accounts and their organizations, drive and expand Samsung MX sales in the Swedish B2B market, and identify and suggest Samsung Enterprise Mobility solutions and services that align with the company's offerings.
To achieve this, you will work closely with partners and customers to develop mid- to long-term business objectives for key accounts, manage leads and CRM via Salesforce.com, and provide excellent customer service.
- Build strong relationships with key account decision-makers, including top management, product managers, sales teams, and purchasing organizations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with 3rd party solution providers that benefit both Samsung and its customers.
- Sales responsibility for managed indirect B2B channel accounts, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
