Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  2. Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a cohesive and engaging shopping experience.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve results.
