Job Title: Commercial Contract Lead

KinTec are a leading recruitment agency, and we have partnered with a pioneering Green Steel Production Company to construct a state-of-the-art plant in Sweden.

This project is set to produce Green Steel - a more environmentally friendly alternative to conventional steel production. The site will emit up to 95% less CO2 compared to traditional methods.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction works by the EPCM Contractor of +/-15 Construction Sub-Contracts (TIC roughly 350 M Euro) for the Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)
  • Timely process incoming Change Requests into Change Orders and obtain internal alignment and approval
  • Process payment applications and expedite internally to obtain approvers
  • Manage requests for credit invoices to Sub-Contractors and follow-up with accounting to ensure closure
  • Attend Kick-off Meetings and weekly site meetings with Sub-Contractors
  • Ensure Bank Guarantees / Bonds are received and sent to CLIENT
  • Administrate formal letters sent out by EPCM to Sub-Contractors and follow-up on any open actions
  • Escalate any issues with Sub-Contractors to the HMP Contracts Lead
  • Be focal point for Contract Detail Cut/Fill/Blast works and Underground works throughout 2025 from a commercial- and contractual standpoint
