Achieve success with our dynamic Nordics Consumer Experience Team.
We're seeking a skilled CX Programs Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing consumer programs that address consumer pain points.
About the Position:In this role, you'll lead commercial initiatives across a multi-category market related to deployment of consumer programs (being an advocate for consumer solutions based on consumer insights and market trends).
You'll track progress of programs, projects, and initiatives against KPIs and goals, recommending corrective actions as needed. Your analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities will be essential in driving business growth and delivering results.
Your Opportunities:
- Connect various data sources to measure the impact and performance of our programs, spot efficiency gaps, to ensure our programs are relevant
- Identify the right audiences for consumer engagement, prioritize these for targeting and manage the contact strategy such that they are engaged at the right
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of acquisition / retention initiatives
