As an integral member of our Management team in the Large Motors Generators Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR's overall contribution to the business. Your mission is to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies, ensuring seamless implementation with managers and the HR team. In collaboration with global business services, you will identify areas where HR can add significant value and drive high-performance outcomes aligned with global standards.
About the Role:
