About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Loyalty Specialist to join our team at Hiroy Ab. As a key player in our loyalty and CRM strategy, you will be responsible for executing various projects, campaigns, and communications to enhance retention, loyalty, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Samsung Rewards Strategy
  • Collaborate with the Loyalty Lead to ensure an optimized customer experience across all channels, from campaigns to communications.
  • Participate in planning, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of the Samsung Rewards program.
  • Work closely with HQ and European offices to align strategies and achieve KPIs.
Samsung Rewards Campaigns
  • Develop and implement a solid campaign plan for Samsung Rewards in collaboration with the Loyalty Lead.
  • Initiate and deploy campaigns and communications in close alignment with the CRM team.
  • Conduct regular testing and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
Members Strategy
  • Ensure an optimized customer experience for Samsung Members across all channels, in line with strategy and campaign plans.
  • Secure appropriate content delivery in the right channels.
Members Operations
  • Manage the publication of articles, home banners, and layouts in Members CMS and AEM.
  • Document published material and ensure accurate tracking and SEO.
  • Secure segmentation, customer flow, and links for the Members app.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Category Marketing, eCommerce, Performance Marketing, and HQ/EO.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Use dashboard tools to create weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze results and present actionable improvements to achieve KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience in CRM and loyalty, content production, and execution on digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in using dashboards for segmentation strategies and insights generation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strive for excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM in a global company.
