We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Kry Primärvård AB. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing CRM activities across our France and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Coordinate with copywriters to create compelling content for multi-channel communications.
- Plan, build, and deliver email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages using Braze.
- Own and manage our weekly newsletter, including content planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Drive and support the planning and delivery of our test-and-learn strategy.
- Collaborate with various business areas on projects and initiatives.
- Manage reports and monitor campaign performance.
- Work with Braze and our Martech team to grow our data points and leverage the tool for user touchpoints.
- Assist in quality assurance for CRM campaigns.
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, building campaigns, and automations (Braze is an advantage).
- Good understanding of email and push marketing, CRM metrics, performance management, and testing.
- Can-do attitude with high attention to detail.
- Organized, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
- Passion for making marketing communications relevant to patients, communicating clearly and effectively with consistency.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Experience working in direct campaign set-up and management in a CRM tool.
- Keen to challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies.
- Fluent in English - Swedish and/or French is an advantage.
