Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Sites and Optimize the Customer Journey: Ensure that our digital interfaces are user-friendly, accessible, and a pleasure to navigate.
  • Align with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the channel strategy and set goals for each channel.
  • Work Data-Driven: Use data to inform decisions and drive initiatives to achieve goals.
  • Collect and Prioritize Initiatives: Gather a backlog of initiatives to prioritize with stakeholders and drive progress.
  • Test and QA: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Request Support: Collaborate with UX and Copy teams to ensure high-quality content and design.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in similar roles, such as web-responsible or app-responsible.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience working with data to inform decisions and drive initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate requests, dependencies, value, and time.
  • Backlog Management: Experience managing and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Technical and Design Development: Comfortable working with technical and design teams.
