Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Specialist to join our team at Wolt. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our merchant partners, providing them with expert advice and guidance on how to maximize their use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase merchant exposure and performance in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support, to ensure seamless execution of plans and initiatives.
  • Provide training and education to merchant partners on how to effectively utilize our platform.
  • Proactively engage with merchant partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and analyze reports to inform business decisions and optimize merchant performance.
  • Assist the merchant team with various ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the food delivery industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with merchant partners.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
