Job Role:

The Account Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention and growth through contract expansion and introduction of new products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner's products and services.
  2. Manage key client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  3. Meet quota responsibility of $800,000+ contract value within a major client account territory.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of Gartner's products and services.
  5. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment)
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Professional level of Swedish language
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree – desired
