Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in electricity market optimization, focusing on nonconvexities and their impact on the SDAC model.
- Develop and implement advanced optimization techniques to address the complexities of the SDAC model.
- Collaborate with our team of researchers to advance the field of electricity market optimization.
- Supervise junior PhD students and contribute to the development of their research skills.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Applied Economics.
- Research expertise in electricity market areas, with a focus on nonconvex optimization theory and electricity-market principles.
- Strong computer programming skills, including Julia, Python, MATLAB, or GAMS.
- Excellent English-language skills, proven by international English exams such as IELTS or TOEFL.
