About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Local Coordinator for our cultural exchange program. As a Local Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our program by providing support to exchange students, host families, and schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Provide regular contact and support to exchange students, including monthly visits and status updates to our organization.
  • Host Family Recruitment: Recruit and place exchange students with host families, and conduct visits and interviews with prospective host families.
  • Program Coordination: Arrange and lead events for students and host families, and provide quarterly school contact.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Actively seek out sales opportunities, including contact with schools, local businesses, and other relevant organizations.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in the native language and English is required, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in volunteer work, schools, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license (B) is required.
