Responsibilities

You will:

  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated by our business developers and partners;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in sales or business development;
  • Excellent English language skills, with Finnish language proficiency a plus;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions;
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue;
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • A willingness to learn, innovate, and improve processes continuously.
