Our group of leading appliance brands includes Electrolux, AEG, and Frigidaire. We sell household products in around 120 markets every year. In this role as Regional Sales Manager, you will work with both our retail organization's shop-in-shop concept and franchise organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee franchises and shop-in-shops in northern Sweden.
- Work closely with franchisees and store owners to ensure they adhere to company guidelines, meet sales targets, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Motivate and develop store teams to achieve commercial goals for the region.
- Act as a key link between the head office and local franchisees and shop owners, focusing on maximizing sales, efficiency, and brand compliance.
About You:
- Solid experience in a role with similar responsibilities, preferably from retail business.
- Good track record and background in commercial roles, experience from white goods or kitchen is a plus.
- Experience in relationship-building sales, and sales substantiated by data and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Customer and quality focus, with a passionate commitment to improving business performance.
- Fluency in Swedish is a must, very good command of English is required.
