Stryker's Surgical Technologies business is looking for a skilled Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Surgical Technologies product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions across the region.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. A proven track record in sales, preferably in industries related to MedTech, BioTech, or healthcare, is highly desirable.

A successful candidate will be passionate about (medical) technology, enjoy building and maintaining connections, and be a great team player. They will also demonstrate adaptability, organizational, and analytical skills, with a valid driver's license for regular customer visits.

About Stryker Surgical Technologies:

Stryker's Surgical Technologies business focuses on improving the safety of healthcare professionals and their patients while also helping hospitals reduce their ecological footprint. Our innovative portfolio includes products such as SafeAir, Neptune, and others that help protect healthcare professionals from exposure while increasing efficiencies in the operating room.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio through product trainings and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Pursue opportunities to grow our Surgical Technologies business, while demonstrating exemplary customer and patient focus.

  • Prospect new customers, understand their needs, and provide ongoing service to existing customers.

  • Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.

  • Inform, advise, and train hospital professionals during demonstrations.

  • Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales.

  • Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  • Work closely with Surgical Technologies team members and peers from other divisions of Stryker towards cross-departmental opportunities.
