The role involves regular customer visits, where you will prospect new customers, understand their needs, and provide ongoing service to existing customers. You will foster trust relationships and customer loyalty by offering exceptional sales support and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
Including familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Prospecting new customers, understanding their needs, providing ongoing service to existing customers, and fostering trust relationships and customer loyalty.
Planning and implementing strategies in the sales process and conducting negotiations with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.
Informing, advising, and training hospital professionals during demonstrations.
Preparing orders for interested customers and being a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales.
Participating in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
Working closely with Surgical Technologies team members and peers from other divisions of Stryker towards cross-departmental opportunities.
