Key Responsibilities:
- You will start by familiarizing yourself with our product portfolio through comprehensive training sessions.
- You will identify new customers and provide ongoing service to existing ones, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
- You will plan and execute strategies to drive sales growth, negotiating with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments as needed.
- You will advise and train medical professionals on product use during demonstrations and offer clinical support in the operating room when required.
- You will participate in industry events, seminars, and business meetings to expand your network and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements:
- You should have demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or healthcare.
- Orthopedics knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
- You hold a diploma/degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, sciences, or healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish are crucial for this role.
