We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

About the Role

">

This is a field-based role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  1. ">
  2. You will start with a comprehensive training program to learn about our products and services, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    ">">
  3. You will identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

    ">">
  4. You will plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.

    ">">
  5. You will advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of our products during demonstrations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

  6. You will participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  7. You will prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.

  8. You will work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager – to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

Requirements

  1. ">
  2. You already have demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

    ">">
  3. Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.

    ">">
  4. You hold a diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or in any other relevant areas or technical career.

  5. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish is required.

  6. You hold a valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
