Job Description

As an experienced Account Director – Automotive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with key customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to align technical roadmaps and drive innovation.
  • Negotiating contracts and resolving customer issues.
  • Acting as an advocate for customers within the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in key account management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly valued.
