Water and Environment Business Growth Specialist

At COWI AB, we are looking for a motivated professional to take responsibility for coordinating sales efforts, driving business development, customer dialog, and leading the execution of large proposals within the business area Water and Environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities, and participating in strategic decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and development in the Water and Environment market
- Managing key customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in the Water and Environment sector
- Ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and projects
- Participating in strategic decision-making processes to drive business growth and development
- Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners to secure new projects and contracts
Requirements:
- Depth knowledge from the construction industry or contractors
- A relevant master's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience within areas such as soil pollution, environmental due diligence, waste, or groundwater
- A proven track record of long-term management of key client relationships and business development in Sweden
- Strong leadership skills in leading teams for complex proposal and contract preparation
- A strong strategic outlook
- Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
