I rollen som Kundlyckad Specialist säkerställer du att våra kunder, distributörer och partners har de kunskaper och förutsättningar de behöver för att kunna utnyttja Aqua Roburs lösningar maximalt.

**Utbildningar och Support**

  • Genomför utbildningar både i vårt analysverktyg samt fysisk installation av hårdvara, framförallt inom Sverige men även internationellt.
  • Säkerställer att utbildningsmaterial finns tillgängligt, är korrekt och utvecklas för en optimal användarupplevelse.

**Teknisk Support och Analyser**

  • Bemöter tekniska supportfrågor, som inkommer både via telefon och vårt ärendehanteringssystem.
  • Utför proaktiva analyser av data och inställningar för att säkerställa optimal drift hos våra kunder.

**Samarbete och Installationer**

  • Har ett nära samarbete med våra installationspartners runtomkring i landet.
  • Genomför installationer, felsökning och service hos kunder i västra Sverige vid behov.

**Krav och Meriterande**

  • Minst YH-utbildning inom teknik, el, automation, mekanik eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Minst två års erfarenhet av teknisk support, underhållstekniker och/eller i en Kundlyckad Specialist-roll.
  • B-körkort.
  • Dator- och systemvana, van användare av Microsoft Office.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
